Executive summary

Global IT was incorporated in Australia in 1999 as an offspring of the Global IT Inc., Delaware in US. It is presently a fully Australian owned company. This company is in the business of IT Training, System Integration, WEB development and Infrastructure support in Sydney. Global IT has its training center and corporate office in the city and is working along with a number of associates in Sydney, Moore bank and India.

Global IT Technologies, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner offers training for a variety of courses and certifications from Microsoft. We are one of the members of CompTIA and offer training for CompTIA courses and certifications as well. We are also exclusive partners of Samsung SDS, Korea for Australia and New Zealand. Samsung SDS was established about 17 years ago as a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics in Korea and is in the business of System Integration and IT Infrastructure in Korea, US and other parts of the world. This company registered a turn over of about Aus $2 billion in the year 2001. We are also a global distributor and a global support center for CNETIA Pty Ltd, Korea, which is one of the largest growing organizations working in the area of thin client implementation. We are also an endorsed government supplier and to add to the plaque of achievements, we are now ISO 9001:2000 certified for delivering and maintaining quality solutions in the above mentioned areas.

Over the past few years, we have attained maturity as is the case with the IT market in Australia, which has helped us form a number of strategic alliances, hence enabling us to deliver our services in a much better and efficient manner.
